• Accident Claim Repair: The customer provides all necessary documents for an insurance claim, and we handle the claim submission and submit for insurance’s approval.
Accident Claim FAQs
• Take photos of the scene and vehicles from different angles.
• Exchange contact information with the third party.
• Contact the nearest traffic police station and determine if it’s the right one then lodge a report within 24 hours.
• Bring the necessary documents to our workshop to open an accident claim file.

• KFK-OD (Knock for Knock - Own Damage): Claims damages without losing NCD if the insured provides additional documents and the accident is not their fault. Not applicable if involving motorcycles, taxis, buses, unlicensed drivers, invalid policy or unreported incidents.
• TP (Third Party): For third party insurance cover. Requires upfront payment which includes repair costs, adjuster fees, and processing fees. We also assist with claim submission.
• Agreed Value: Insurance covers the agreed value shown in the policy for total loss, theft, or fire.
Windscreen Claim FAQs
• We will verify windscreen coverage and any previous claims.
• After replacement, we will submit documents and photos to insurance for claim processing.
• Remove the tape from the windscreen 4-5 hours after replacement to avoid adhesive residue on the paint.
• Avoid slamming the car doors to prevent air pressure from affecting the windscreen.
